This room was perfect after a long day of travel. So comfortable, clean and quiet. Located right off the freeway and super close to Magnolia. The only thing I didn’t care for was the bathroom door is frosted and the light shines right on you when you’re sleeping if anyone has to use the restroom. Other than that, I am definitely staying here again!

Positive: The hotel was very clean, had quick check-in, and a helpful front desk staff. My 10-year-old appreciated "the general aesthetic" (modern) of the room and common areas. Negative: The walls were a bit thin, and the frosted bathroom door meant no turning on the light after someone was asleep.

Positive: Very Clean and well taken care of hotel. The room was very nice, I like the shower and NO bath setup. Negative: The breakfast was not good at all. I don't expect greatness when it comes to the free breakfast, but the sausage and eggs were not even close to edible.

Service and staff is incredible!! I travel for work and this has to be one of the best I've ever experienced. Here on leisure for a Baylor graduation. Unfortunately I don't remember his name, but the young guy at the front desk who is training to be a pilot is EXCELLENT at customer service and people skills. I manage project teams for a living and this guy is great!! Hotel is clean and crisp, 100% recommended!!!!

I recently stayed at SpringHill Suites in Waco and encountered a significant issue with housekeeping. Unfortunately, I left some expensive clothing in the closet and realized this a couple of hours after checking out. When I called the hotel, they informed me that the items were not found. This is extremely disappointing and suggests dishonesty among the housekeeping staff, as my items should have been turned in. Future guests should be aware that if you forget something, the chances of getting it back are slim due to this lack of integrity.

Additionally, the pool was a bit cloudy and very small, though this wasn't an issue for us as we weren't planning to use it.

On the positive side, the guest services were excellent, and the manager was very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The facilities are new and up-to-date, which added to the overall pleasant stay.

Overall, it was a good stay for an overnight trip, but the dishonesty of the housekeeping staff was a significant disappointment.

I am very pleased with my two long stays / business trip to Texas - First off, the Staff is Amazing and I want to highlight Marcia at the desk….. the most helpful, friendly, and genuine Service Professional I have interacted with in years! The Rooms are like little apartments and are clean and comfortable- LOVE THE SET UP! I want to highly recommend you stay here for your Visits to Waco! The hotel is clean and conveniently located. The rooms are modern with a clean minimalist atmosphere. The daily breakfast is good for a quick breakfast. I’ve had trouble with the sinks mot draining well. All in all, it is a good hotel.
