Best ross I've been to by far! The employees are always welcoming and nice and they keep the store clean, unlike other stores I've been to. Even when there is a line, they do their best to get everyone checked out as quickly as possible. Everything is always organized appropriately instead of scattered!

The staff are not trained well. I asked the fitting room staff to let me in the fitting room to change the clothes I just purchased and he said “change it at home” and then we asked the young guy with long hair at POS to kindly remove the price tags so we can change in the car, and he said “I don’t have time for it..next costumer..” unbelievable!!!

I have never been treated so badly, one employee in particular should not be working there, I waited 20 minutes to see a pair of sunglasses that had no price, when I asked she said they should be between $150 and $200, I asked if she could check and she said no, that was the price. I don’t even now what to say how bad it is!
